The PALS Kitten Shower is our way of getting ready for kitten season — when tiny, hungry, playful kittens arrive and need extra care to thrive. This special event helps us stock up on the supplies that keep our kittens healthy, comfortable, and growing strong. Instead of a traditional baby shower, we’re inviting our community to “shower” our kittens with much-needed gifts like food, litter, and enrichment items. Join us on February 21st at the Cohen Center in Hallowell, bring a gift from our wish list, and help give our kittens the very best start in life. 🐾💛

PALS has been selected as the January Winthrop Hannaford bag Campaign non-profit- $1 for each $2.50 reusable Community Bag sold during the month of January 2026 will go to PALS!

We are hosting a walk-a-thon to raise funds for PALS cat Shelter January 1 - 31st. Get moving in the New Year for a good cause.

 When you adopt a new kitty, you can take home a brand-new (to you) cat carrier!

Already have a cat but need a carrier? You can grab one, too.

And if you have a gently used carrier you no longer need, we’d be happy to give it a new home.

Best of all, 100% of the proceeds go directly to the cats currently living in the shelter. 🐾

You can bring your returnable bottles and cans to our shed and we will return them for the refund! Proceeds go to the shelter!
